"Best Of Best" Box Set
BECCA is back in Sephora, and they have a gift set in what they deem the Best of BECCA. This would be a great gateway trial set *if* they had chosen better shades and products.
The set includes full size and trial sized products, retails for $58.00. The full sized products are the eye tint in Baroque, beach tint in grapefruit, and mascara. The trial size products are the resurfacing primer and opal shimmering skin perfector (SSP).
Baroque is a very nice eye tint for shade selection, they get a pass on this one.
The grapefruit is one of the hardest beach tint shades to use, it can be unnaturally bright on pale skin tones or look fake on darker skin tones. Watermelon is one of the most universally flattering shades, which is the shade I would have chosen for the set.
Opal is a lovely shade, if you are a skin tone 25 or greater on the MAC skintone scale. I think moonstone would have been a better choice for a wider range of skintone-depths.
BECCA mascara was a huge fail for me, which I reviewed here (BECCA Ultimate Mascara). No clue how this made the list.
I cannot comment on the resurfacing primer as I haven't tried it. I would have replaced this with a cream blush, which they are sadly discontinuing.
Overall there are too many misses for me to buy the set or call it the "best of".

BECCA Discontinued Products
I was shocked and greatly disheartened to see so many cult worthy products on BECCA's Farewell page. How can they put their cream blush and loose powder on the chopping block?! The items that they are so well known for!
I'm not sure where BECCA is going with this, perhaps the items will be permanently discontinued or they will reformulate them. If any of the items below have reached "holy grail" status you may want to grab them up now while you still can.
Stick foundation- it was their bridge product between LSC and their compact concealer. With the release of their new foundation this one may no longer be needed? If you use this product perhaps look into Shiseido stick foundation as a replacement.
Fine Loose Finishing Powder- this one makes me weep, it was perfect!! I will buy a backup while I look for a replacement product. I plan on trying Chantecaille loose setting powder next.
Fine Pressed Powder- This one was also perfect! I use it for touchups. I can use the pressed mineral version for touchups, which is what I will use as replacement.
Mineral Bronzing/Highlighter Duo- I never got a chance to try it.
Glossy Lip Tint- This was was a "nice" product but their new Ultimate gloss is much better. I will have a follow up review on it.
Lip and Cheek Cream- Tuberose is such a wonderful coral shade and blossom is a perfect nude..backup worthy. I plan to store mine in the fridge to increase their lifespan.
Cream Blush- I *hope* they plan on reformulating this somehow, this is a staple cheek color product for many. I cannot recommend a replacement product.
Line and Define Pencil- another product I missed the chance to try.
Eye Color Shimmer and Semi-Matte single pans- I bought most of the shades in palettes not the single pans.
Eyeliner Compact & Waterproof Sealer- Barbarella has been my "go to cakeliner" for tightlining for years. Laura Mericier cakeliners are very much like BECCA's single cakeliners which will be fine for a replacement.

BECCA Radiant Skin Satin Finish Foundation, Shell
I'm loving this new foundation! Sand was too dark so I thought to try shell and was surprised at the huge gap in color! On the BECCA site they warn you not to base RSS shades on Luminous Skin Color (LSC) shades, in my opinion they should have kept closer to the LSC shade matrix or given RSS different names to avoid confusion.

BECCA Vendela Sheer Lip Tint swatch comparison
Someone recently said they used Vendela Sheer Lip Tint as a cream blush but wanted an actual blush product in the same shade. I searched through my current shades and found a few "close" possible matches.
